We do not require user accounts. However, when you submit a Typeform survey or communicate with us, we may collect the following information:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• State
• Child’s age
• Child’s behavioral health category (e.g., mental health, behavioral, neurodevelopmental, substance use)
• Self-reported information related to care navigation, stress, and support levels

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Send updates, launch announcements, and newsletters via email
• Contact you about participation in Navimental’s pilot
• Evaluate eligibility and relevance of Navimental services
• Analyze aggregated survey responses to improve our offerings

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. Data may be shared in aggregate for reporting or evaluation purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We work with the following providers to deliver services:

• Typeform – for collecting and storing survey responses
• Mailchimp – for sending newsletters and updates
• Supabase – for managing our email database

These providers have their own privacy policies. Information shared with them is limited to what is needed to perform specific services.

4. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe we have received such data, please contact us so we can delete it.
